Cancellations must be 24 hours before the scheduled visit, otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee... If sick, please text and let me know, we can reschedule...

While it's no fun to do a health history, we actually need to find out some important info that relates to breastfeeding. Things like labor, breast growth and hormone issues can give us vital information. The app is pretty intuitive, so it should go quickly. 

If your insurance was approved by The Lactation Network, you are covered at 100%. If you ever receive an Estimation of Benefits, it is NOT a bill.... You are totally covered. If you are cash-paying, I will give you a superbill after our visit. 

We have time to work on one (possibly two) main issues each visit. Try to have baby ready to feed, but not super hungry when you arrive, if possible.
